• Chemistry in Everyday Life — No Chemistry in Everyday Life unit. Drugs, soaps and detergents appear nowhere in the chemistry syllabus.
• Transport in Plants — Unit 4 Plant Physiology lists exactly three bullets — Photosynthesis, Respiration, and Plant growth and development. Transport in plants is not among them.
• Mineral Nutrition — Same three bullets in Unit 4. Mineral nutrition is not among them.
• Digestion and Absorption — Unit 5 Human Physiology lists six bullets — breathing, body fluids and circulation, excretion, locomotion, neural control, chemical coordination. Digestion and absorption is not among them.
• Reproduction in Organisms — Unit 6 Reproduction lists three bullets — sexual reproduction in flowering plants, human reproduction, reproductive health. The general chapter on reproduction in organisms is not among them.
• Strategies for Enhancement in Food Production — Unit 8 Biology and Human Welfare lists two bullets — health and disease, and microbes in human welfare. Strategies for enhancement in food production is not among them.
• Environmental Issues — Unit 10 Ecology and Environment lists three bullets — organisms and environment, ecosystem, biodiversity and its conservation. Environmental issues is not among them.
